Terms of Service

PPC operates a challenge-fee program for prediction markets. You pay a one-time fee for access to a simulated trading account on which you may place trades that mirror live Kalshi and Polymarket markets. If you meet the published profit target without breaching the daily or total drawdown rules, you may qualify for a funded account on which a percentage of realised profits is paid out to you on terms published in the relevant tier description.

PPC is not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, futures commission merchant, designated contract market, or commodity pool operator. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, trading advice, or a solicitation of any security, contract, or transaction.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Site. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which the use of the Site or participation in the challenge program is prohibited by law.

Challenge fees are refunded with your first payout from a funded account. When you pass a challenge, qualify for a funded account, and earn your first payout from that funded account, your original challenge fee for that passing run is refunded as part of the same payout. The refund is automatic; no claim form is required.

If you do not pass, the challenge fee is not refundable. The fee covers access to the simulated trading platform, real-time market data, and the evaluation. Fees from challenges you fail, abandon, or that breach the rules are earned and not subject to refund. Limited exceptions for duplicate charges or technical failures attributable to PPC may be granted at our sole discretion.

The challenge account is a simulated trading account. Orders placed on the challenge account are not routed to Kalshi, Polymarket, or any other live venue. Pricing and fills are derived from public market data on a best-effort basis and may not reflect what would have occurred on a live venue. Past performance on a simulated account is not indicative of future results on a funded account or on any live venue.

Qualification for a funded account requires that you meet the published profit target and stay within the published daily and total drawdown limits for your tier without committing a rules violation. Funded accounts remain at all times the property of PPC. Profit splits, payout schedules, and any holding-period requirements are described on the relevant tier and challenge pages and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) use multiple accounts to circumvent the per-user rules or rate limits, (b) attempt to manipulate, hedge, or arbitrage across simulated and live venues in ways that are inconsistent with good-faith use of the Site, (c) use bots, scrapers, or automated tooling to interact with the Site in ways that exceed normal browser use, or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold payouts, and void challenge results if we determine in good faith that you have breached these Terms or the published challenge rules. We may also change, pause, or end the program at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Site.

The Site, including its design, copy, code, and trademarks, is owned by PPC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

THE SITE AND THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PPC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MARKET DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO PPC IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. PPC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the effective date shown above. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the Site or email to your account address.
